From the outset, it has been a great pleasure to work with Noel and the View It 360 team. Responsiveness, approachability and quality of deliverables is second to none. We were given clear, non-pressurised guidance in relation to the 360-photography tour or Matterport solutions and were supported along our journey.
Other vendors only offered – and hard sold – Matterport, which could not best showcase our bedrooms, meeting spaces, public areas, bar and restaurant, further to our full refurbishment and rebrand. Filming on the day was flexible, unintrusive and super-efficient, as we did not have to follow a specific route.
Expectations were clearly managed around post production and all agreed timelines were met too.
Ease of navigation from a simple menu - rather than a clunky doll’s house - teamed with brand alignment, and the ability to share unique links for specific areas of the tour with our client’s, has resulted a virtual tour of The Memoir Club that ticks all the boxes.
